Merry Christmas!

I had fully intended to be more up to date than this with my blogging schedule over the Christmas period, but family celebrations meant that the time galloped away from me, and now Christmas Day is nearly over!

The last few days have been a wonderful blur of decorating trees, country walks, Midnight Mass, eating lots of good food, exchanging presents, and listening to Michael Buble’s Christmas album on repeat. I have been utterly spoilt with the gifts I received this year, although the greatest gift has been having the time off work and spending it with my wonderful family.

I hope that you have all had an amazing Christmas surrounded by those you love, and that you enjoy the remaining days in this holiday season.

Normal service will resume in the next few days. I have some pre-Christmas theatre reviews, my final literary highlights of the year, and a photo round up of the holidays.

I’ll be back with you in a couple of days. Merry Christmas to you all, and I wish you all a very Happy New Year!
